TSSI hosts a Bi-Monthly Conference Call for all members of its Advisory Board.The Conference Call Newsletter publishes:
Reminders of all the meetings
Agendas for each meeting
Background material for the discussion items
Minutes of the Conference Call.
At a minimum the agenda always includes the following: Leadership; Communications; Shipping; Finance & Sponsorship; Programs; Relocation Project; Trips; Additional Old Business; New Business

The Sponsors Newsletter will be an update on new children at the Hogar that need sponsors. It will also have the updates on the children who have left. Each issue will feature children who made their mark. Here is where you can expect to see who is excelling in School, which child made the most progress and what special needs we have in supporting the children.
